  1. Should alternating pressure mattresses be used on all surgeries, even if less than 2 hours?  
  2. What are some risk factors that put the surgical patient at risk of developing a hospital acquired pressure injury intra-operatively?
  3. Should all pressure injuries occurring within 72 hours of surgery be completely blamed on operating room? Is it possible for a PI to begin to develop prior to entering OR and not show obvious signs until exiting OR?
