Dr. Beeson is a nationally recognized author, physician, and speaker who has helped clinicians and healthcare leaders across the country positively transform the patient experience.

Our spirits were brightened yesterday when community members treated us to a “clap-out” to show their gratitude for our responsive and dedicated service to their healthcare needs during the COVID pandemic. From 2:45 to 3:30 pm, they paraded slowly through the hospital campus between the entrances of Route 117 and Route 9. As they waved their hands, tooted their car horns, and shouted words of encouragement, we watched with great excitement, waving back in return as we photographed or videoed their heart-warming spectacle that put big smiles behind our masks.

Team Lavender is an interdisciplinary group of professionals that support healthcare providers in times of crisis, stress and/or trauma. It is essentially a Rapid Response for caregivers.
