Over the past three months, our community has celebrated you as the healthcare heroes we have always known you to be. But heroics can take a toll on the emotional, physical and overall wellbeing of anyone—whether you provide direct care to patients, or support those who do.
Based on your responses to the COVID-19 Support Survey issued earlier this month, the Phelps Wellbeing, Recognition & Resilience Task Force has mobilized five cross-functional teams of your colleagues to expand our existing services and develop new programs designed to support you.
